Vicksburg Warren School District welcomed its newest team members this week during New Hire Orientation, helping employees prepare for the start of the 2026–2027 school year and their new roles across the district.
New employees spent the day learning more about VWSD, connecting with district leaders and colleagues, and becoming familiar with the resources, expectations, and support available to them as members of the district team.
For VWSD, supporting students also means supporting the people who serve them each day. New Hire Orientation is one of the first steps in making sure employees begin the year connected, informed, and prepared for the work ahead.
Each new team member brings their own experience, perspective, and talents to VWSD, while sharing a common purpose: creating strong learning experiences and opportunities for students across the district.
