VWSD uses online registration for new and returning students at all of our schools. You can complete, submit and update paperwork for students online.
Upload two proofs of residency that must be submitted each year in accordance to Policy JBC below:
1. Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of a student seeking to enroll must provide this school district with one of the items numbered A-C and one of the items D-J below as verification of their address, except that a document with a post office box as an address will not be accepted:
a. Filed Homestead Exemption Application form
b. Mortgage documents or property deed
c. Apartment or home lease
d. Utility bills
e. Driver's license
f. Voter precinct identification
g. Automobile registration
h. Affidavit and/or personal visit by a designated school district official
i. Any other documentation that will objectively and unequivocally establish that the parent or guardian resides within the school district
j. Certified copy of filed petition for guardianship if pending and final decree when
granted
Upload immunization forms as they are updated.
Upload other documents such as court orders, birth certificates, medical information and other documents you wish the school to have.
Registration online can be completed at home or at the school.
New students will report to the school initially, then they will complete registration online either at the school or at home.
Instructions:
Create an Active Parent Account if you do not already have one.
The first time you use online registration, you will obtain an Active Code from your child’s school. After registering the first time, you do not need an active code.
Click on the Paper/Pencil symbol on the top right-hand corner.
Enter the code if this is the first time you are registering.
Follow the online instructions to complete the forms, remember to click “save and continue” or “next step” when prompted.
We hope you will find this feature convenient and easy to use. Please contact your school with any questions or concerns about online registration.
