Principals and assistant principals from Dana Road Elementary, Warren Central High School, Vicksburg Junior High, and Bovina Elementary participated in a week of professional growth and empowerment at the Principals Institute, hosted by Mississippi College, this week.
The institute provided school leaders with in-depth training on leadership development, instructional strategies, school culture, and effective decision-making. Sessions were led by educational experts and focused on equipping administrators with tools to lead with purpose, foster student success, and build stronger school communities.
Participants also had the opportunity to network and collaborate with fellow educators from across the state, exchanging ideas and best practices to bring back to their campuses.
