The Mississippi Department of Education has released its annual accountability results, and the Vicksburg Warren School District is proud to once again earn a solid “B” rating. This accomplishment reflects the hard work of our students, teachers, parents, administrators, and community partners. A Progress Report Night will be held on September 3rd at 5:30pm for Dana Road Elementary. Parents will have the opportunity to get detailed information regarding upcoming events, receive their child's progress report, and sign up for our PTO.

A mandatory parent meeting will be held on Thursday, August 14th at 5:30pm for all third grade students attending Dana Road Elementary.

Elementary Schools – Wednesday, July 30
Junior High Schools – Thursday, July 31
High Schools – Monday, August 4

Each school will share their specific times and additional details, so be sure to check your school's communication channels. #wearevwsd

In-person registration will be offered on Monday, July 21st and Tuesday, July 22nd at Dana Road Elementary. This will be an opportunity for parents to come to the school to complete registration for their students for the 2025-2026 school year. Unregistered students will not be allowed to attend class.

Open House will be held on July 30, 2025 from 2:00pm to 3:30pm. Please use this opportunity to meet your child's teacher, pay Chromebook usage fees, drop off school supplies, and tour our school!
