  • Technology Agreement Form

To be issued or to exchange the old Lenovo Chromebook for a new HP Chromebook, please do the following steps:

    1.  Student and guardian are to fill out the back and front of the technology agreement form.  Leave the asset number and serial number blank.

    2.  Bring completed technology agreement form, $20 (cash or check) technology fee, a copy or picture of a guardian photo ID on smart phone, and old Chromebook and charger to the WCHS library to exchange for a new HP Chromebook.

*A $20 technology fee waiver is required, but a guardian may apply for a fee waiver in Office B.  It will take two weeks for this to be processed.

*Click on the link above to print out the technology agreement form.  This form is also available in the WCHS library.

*Current seniors will not be receiving new HP Chromebooks.

Please call the library (601-534-1905) if you have questions about obtaining a new HP Chromebook.

    COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

We understand that the recent tragedy of a school shooting in Florida has led to a sense of unease among students, parents and the community. The Vicksburg Warren School District is committed to protecting the safety and welfare of all its students and staff and takes any safety threat seriously.

Our Safety Resource Officers will continue to collaborate with local law enforcement including the Vicksburg Police Department and Warren County Sheriff’s Department to immediately and thoroughly investigate any threat. All credible threats will be addressed.

VWSD continues to make the safety of our students, employees and visitors a top priority. Anyone who hears or knows about a potential threat or dangerous situation, should contact Officer Dewayne Sims, Chief of School Safety, at 601-415-7186.
