Carol Hurst's Children's Literature Site This is a collection of reviews of great books for kids, ideas of ways to use them in the classroom and collections of books and activities about particular subjects, curriculum areas, themes and professional topics.Children's Literature Web Guide Gives teaching ideas for children’s books, book reviews, authors and stories on the web, ideas for parents and much more.
ArthurThis is a really great site. There are sections for teachers, parents and students. Really good activities to go along with books written by Marc Brown. You can also listen to stories online.
Robert Munsch Author of Love you Forever, Mud Puddle, Ribbon Rescue and many more. The site has photos, unpublished poems, biography and much more.
Mercer Mayer Official website of Little Critter. Biography, coloring pages, puzzle pages, movie and audio section.
The Berenstain Bears There’s a complete listing of the Berenstain Bear books and you can find activities on the Berenstain Bears or watch a bear video on your pc.

Cool Math 4 Kids Students can play dozens of games relating to various math skills.Plane Math Activities This is a really fun site. It teaches using math in everyday activities by doing activities with airplanes, kites or other things that fly.

FunbrainThis is a really fun site for students, parents and teachers. There are lots of learning activities and teachers can create word searches using words they are studying and they can create a quiz for students to take on line .

Scatty.Com This is a fun site. Has clean jokes, games (like battleship, tetris, tic tac toe etc.) and links to other sites.
Julia's Rainbow Corner Fun site with lots of activites for children.
TVO Kids Has lots of games and activities for children of all ages. Big Backyard section has lots of early educational games. (My kindergarten students really enjoy this site)
Information Please Good site for locating information. It has a daily almanac section that will list activities that happened on a given day. Very easy to use site.
Homework Helper This site has lots of links to help your child find information they might need on their homework.

Flag Scrambler A game where students unscramble the flag.
Flag Concentration A game of Concentration matching flags.
Flag Jigsaw Puzzle game using flags.

50 States and Capitals A great site for studying the 50 states and their capitals. Has lots of information about the states and their capitals.
Country Studies A good site to find out more about other countries.

Kinder Art Lots of art activities for K - 8. A really super site.@rt Junction Really great site for getting art ideas that encourage creative thinking. Easy to navigate.
Physical Education Lesson Plans A listing of lessons for P.E. that are submitted by other P.E. teachers.

Internet Public Library Youth Division This is a really super site for finding information. Very well organized and easy to use. Good place for students to get help with school work.

Kindergarten – Make it fun and Watch Them Learn This site is maintained by a group of kindergarten teachers from Texas. They have some very useful ideas for units and centers. Arranged in a very useful and easy format.
Mrs. Fischer's Kinder~Themes Another teacher created site that has teaching ideas arranged by the month. Some really great ideas. Easy to use.
Preschool Teacher Good resource for teaching ideas and strategies. Divided by months.
The Chalkboard Another teacher created site that offers activities for art, math, reading, science, social studies, etc. Also has a nice collection of teacher poems.
Perpetual Preschool Lots of ideas for learning centers for early education. A really great place to visit.
Mrs. Alphabet Activities and ideas for teaching letters, phonics, and reading.
