Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2014, to enroll in Kindergarten, and 6 years old on or before September 1, 2014, to enroll in the First Grade.

Items needed for registration:

  • Certified Birth Certificate (long form)
  • Social Security Card
  • Original Mississippi Immunization Compliance Record (Form 121)
  • Two (2) proofs of residency (example: utility bill, driver's license, rent receipt, or mortgage showing your address)

All Nonpublic Schools

Located within within the Vicksburg Warren School District Attendance Zone

The Vicksburg Warren School District is in the process of preparing its federal programs application for the 2015-16 school year.  This application includes Title I, Part A – Improving Basic Programs Operated by Local Educational Agencies and Title II, Part A – Preparing, Training, and Recruiting High Quality Teachers and Principals of the Elementary and Secondary School Act (ESEA).  Each nonpublic school located in the Vicksburg Warren School District’s attendance zone that would like to participate should contact Laura Prather at 601-631-2875 by Tuesday, March 31, 2015, for more details.  
All federal programs are contingent upon their reauthorization by the federal government.
